Love can conquer all obstacles and cross any border in No Boundaries, a captivating film from writer-director Violet Mendoza and director-DP Jake Willing that puts a human face on the timely and volatile issue of illegal immigration in America today.

Hoping to earn money for an operation for her ailing mother, Isabel Moreno (Dani Garza) leaves South America and enters the United States illegally. Staying with her cousin Martin in Philadelphia, she finds employment and an extended family with Martin's landlords Gloria and Maurice. She also quite unexpectedly falls in love with a handsome American, Christopher (Mark McGraw, son of Philadelphia Phillies great Tug McGraw), who unbeknownst to Isabel is an immigration officer.

How all their lives intersect and touch one another forms the basis for an exceptionally poignant and riveting romantic drama that ultimately affirms that love, indeed, knows no boundaries.

Sweet Fifteen

Director/Writer: Brandon E. Brooks

Genre: Latin-themed crime drama

This crime-filled, intense family drama opens on a joyous coming-of-age event for a fifteen-year-old girl named Evelyn. Her special day spirals into tragedy when she is brutally raped and murdered by her "secret" older boyfriend, Manny, the youngest son of a dying mobster. Evelyn's enraged older sister, Lanay, tracks down Manny and murders him in cold blood. Manny's vicious brother, Michael, begins a manhunt in order to get revenge for the murder of his only brother.

A police detective who is close to Evelyn and her family realizes the connection between these crimes. She begins to work with Lanay and three of their closest girlfriends to try to prevent the truth about who killed Manny from ever being found out in order to protect themselves and their families from Michael's wrath. This builds to an intense climax between these women and the merciless rage that lurks around the corner from them.
